Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive results by providing and rebooking beauty services, servicing clients, and selling products.
  • •Perform makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu; stay informed about trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • •Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards; keep licenses active and follow health and safety protocols.
  • •Foster inclusiveness and teamwork; promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
  • •Uphold Sephora standards; follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Key Requirements
