Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify emerging abuse patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities across products, customer journeys, and operational processes
  • •Investigate anomalies to understand attacker behaviours and translate findings into actionable mitigation strategies
  • •Define and prioritize the roadmap for emerging fraud prevention, including building business cases for investment
  • •Lead complex investigations and partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable prevention mechanisms
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution, establish metrics for risk and mitigation effectiveness, and build organizational capability and intelligence-sharing frameworks

Key Requirements

  • •Experience investigating complex fraud, abuse, or operational risk problems
  • •Strong analytical skills with SQL and comfort working with large datasets
  • •A structured approach to solving ambiguous problems with limited information
  • •Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams without direct authority
  • •Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations and balance customer experience with risk mitigation
