Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary technical contact for Workday Performance and provide functional support for Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, and Time/Absence.
  • •Perform end-to-end Workday system configuration for global performance evaluation cycles and maintain HCM production support processes.
  • •Design performance workflow resolution and provide Workday technical and user support via troubleshooting and support tickets.
  • •Configure and maintain business process configurations, including automated mass actions and system alert notifications.
  • •Test and implement feature enhancements across Performance, Compensation, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, reporting, and integrations while auditing data and reports for integrity.
