•Assist in the review of U.S. partnership income tax returns (Form 1065), investor Schedule K-1s, and supporting workpapers for investment funds and management companies.
•Own complex partnership tax work including aggregate and special allocations, waterfall and carried-interest calculations, book-to-tax differences, and capital account maintenance.
•Own end-to-end tax deliverables for assigned funds, managing K-1 delivery timelines and overall quality.
•Manage filing calendars, extensions, and deliverable timelines across multiple funds to ensure on-time, penalty-free filing.
•Research partnership tax issues, coordinate with fund accounting teams and external auditors, and mentor/train associates and interns.
