Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-year reputational risk and crisis management program to protect and strengthen SEA’s brand in the U.S.
  • •Provide advisory support to executives in response to national media stories, including monitoring global brand risks and delivering situational and executive coverage reports.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze external trends and issues that could impact the company’s reputation.
  • •Drive crisis management response plans and coordinate timely communications with key stakeholders.
  • •Support Corporate Communications initiatives including writing press releases, conducting press interviews, and delivering executive-level media policy coaching and continuity of messaging.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • •Experience writing PR materials such as press releases and story development, and optimizing media measurement tools.
  • •Experience leading crisis management and developing communication strategies, including governance for executive PR/media requests.
