Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead preparation and structured follow-up of strategic workshops, reviews, and leadership discussions on data, digital, and AI-enabled transformation topics.
  • •Frame AI-related opportunities and implications, translating strategic questions into structured analyses and actionable options.
  • •Synthesize insights, risks, priorities, and dependencies across initiatives to support management decision-making and trade-offs.
  • •Develop decision-ready materials (presentations, briefs, executive syntheses) for senior stakeholders on digital, data, and AI topics.
  • •Orchestrate and monitor the transformation portfolio to ensure coherence and alignment, coordinating inputs and proactively identifying risks and decisions needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 8–10 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
  • •Proven exposure to digital, data, or technology-enabled initiatives such as digital transformation programs, process digitalization, or AI-related topics.
  • •A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data, Digital, or a related field.
  • •Strong analytical and synthesis skills to produce concise, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to connect business challenges with digital and data-enabled solutions without requiring deep technical expertise.
