Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct routine inspections of premises, grounds, building systems, equipment, and furnishing.
  • •Keep Dematic conveying systems running at peak performance on your shift.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across building systems (plumbing, electrical, generator, HVAC, appliances) or arrange repairs as needed.
  • •Schedule and maintain testing and service for fire and life-safety systems including inspections and related equipment.
  • •Maintain tools/equipment properly, keep areas organized, and record accurate equipment/building system information while following health and safety regulations.
