Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the face of the NMS Global Workplace (GW) team in Boise and align business unit growth/space needs.
  • •Own cost estimates and maintain multiple Site Facilities budgets, including OpEx and Capital variance reporting.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Audio Video, Security, EHS, Boise Operations, Boise Projects, ID1 Construction) on site strategy and delivery.
  • •Act as SPOC for Boise Cushman & Wakefield (CW) supplier team local engagement and landlord liaison for compliance/governance communication.
  • •Lead successful delivery of Boise NMS soft and hard services (e.g., roads/grounds, print copy, café, laundry, critical engineering operations) and ensure QA against the statement of work, leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
