Job Summary

Lead operations for a specific Sephora store location as the Team Lead, Operations. Directly manage the Operations team while ensuring operational excellence across key store processes, including inventory management, shipping/receiving/returns, visual merchandising standards, supply and sample planning, and performance assessment. Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, support Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, and develop budget strategies based on sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses.

•Manage visual merchandising and on-stage visuals, overseeing cleaning crews and ensuring adherence to standards through feedback and escalation.
•Maintain appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store.
•Act as Manager on Duty and participate in performance assessment and development for the operations team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.85 - 28.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
•Proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback.
•Strong store operations skills.
•Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
