Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Meet state-specific DMV/title access requirements and obtain required local licenses/notary within the stated timelines (process sponsored by Carvana).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers (ample training provided, no commercial license required to drive the hauler).
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record and consistently drive safe in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana) and meet state-specific licensing requirements (including chauffeur’s license/vehicle verifier where applicable).
