Key Responsibilities

•Identify emerging risk within the sector and contribute to strategy.
•Develop executable placement and growth strategy for Professional Indemnity.
•Review submissions, lead quote broking, follow market broking and present terms to client/network.
•Firm order broking (PPL/email) and all post-placement activities, delegating to grow talent.
•Establish and manage a robust pipeline of business and maintain client relationships.

Key Requirements

•Extensive market broking experience within the Professional Indemnity marketplace.
•Strong understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes.
•Proficiency with insurance industry IT systems to efficiently deliver client service.
•Experience in managing effective client relationships.
•Excellent people leadership skills and ability to lead teams.
