Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a learning culture amongst nurses, supporting training programs and training needs analysis in the specialised field.
  • •Perform and interpret systematic patient assessments, re-assessments, and pertinent data collection, and determine nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
  • •Create and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and their bystanders, while monitoring implementation and treatment plans.
  • •Support audit and data collection for KPIs and benchmarking and maintain technical and clinical skills related to nursing practice.
  • •Assist in invasive or non-invasive medical procedures as needed and support safe patient admission, transfer, and discharge.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority.
  • •Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.
  • •Hold a post-graduate specialist qualification (diploma, degree, or masters) in the endoscopy specialty.
  • •Manage professional re-licensure and be willing to work across departments when necessary.
  • •Have previous experience within the specialist field and be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
