Lead shift execution in a DashMart local fulfillment center, supporting Site Management and delegating tasks across warehouse operations and, when applicable, a light-prep kitchen. •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, training, and accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets.
•Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately, communicating with customers when issues arise, and ensuring Dasher pickups go smoothly.
•Guide Operations Associates through their shift by ensuring safe, productive work and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
•Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen by assisting with day-to-day tasks and leading by example to maintain a positive, safe environment.
•Contribute ideas to improve operations, quality, and customer experience.

•Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
