Job Summary

Manage day-to-day fund administration and client service delivery for alternative investment structures within the Luxembourg Alternatives team. Prepare and review NAV, investor capital account and year-end financial statements, subscription tax statements, and related calculations. Reconcile tax work with accounting data, ensure accurate records in Investran and related systems, and handle stakeholder queries. Provide oversight for outsourced/offshore teams, support process improvement, and may lead projects and coach junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day operational activities and service delivery for alternative investment structures, ensuring service levels, KPIs, and deadlines are met.
•Prepare and review NAV statements, investor capital account statements, year-end financial statements and annual accounts, and subscription tax statements.
•Ensure tax compliance work reconciles with accounting data and collaborate with the transfer agency team to maintain accurate investor and fund records in Investran and related systems.
•Respond to client, investor, and internal stakeholder queries in a timely, professional manner; maintain archiving systems per Northern Trust standards.
•Provide oversight and review of outsourced/offshore service teams, escalate risks/issues as appropriate, support process improvement initiatives, and may coach junior team members.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Luxembourg in Private Equity Fund Accounting or Private Equity Fund Administration (including transfer agency).
•Strong understanding of Luxembourg alternative fund structures, including RAIFs, SIFs, SCSp, SICARs, and related regulatory requirements.
•Experience working in a client-focused operating environment with offshore and onshore internal teams.
•Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple deadlines and ensure high-quality, accurate deliverables.
•Demonstrated ownership, accountability, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently using sound judgement.
