Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and assist guests with locating seats during events.
•Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and verify ticket or pass authenticity.
•Guide guests to exits or provide instructions during emergencies, and help with seat accommodations for special needs.
•Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts, and help close the venue with band members and event equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
