HR Adviseur (Lelystad, FL, NL)

Provide allround HR advice and support for the Dycore plant in Lelystad as a part-time (20–28 hours/week) HR Advisor. Work closely with the Plant Manager and HR team on hiring and selection, guidance on sickness absence, career development and employee offboarding. Help strengthen HR’s position locally, improve employee wellbeing and sustainable employability, support training and knowledge expansion, and ensure correct HR data processing in AFAS.
