Job Summary

Own the DLT business unit P&L and balance sheet while leading FP&A across Applied Materials’ IPC North America businesses. Partner with DLT leadership and the BU CFO on strategy, financial modeling, external partner negotiations, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis. Drive gross margin, pricing/profitability decisions, manage Inventory/OpEx/CapEx spend, and implement finance systems and transaction/cost tracking processes. Lead and mentor COE team members.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the DLT P&L and balance sheet review, serving as day-to-day finance partner to DLT leadership aligned with the BU CFO
•Lead finance operating rhythm and FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
•Drive product gross margin analysis and support pricing and profitability decisions with BU CFO, Sales Operations, and Product Management
•Manage Inventory, OpEx, and CapEx spend and partner across the extended finance organization to ensure alignment
•Implement and manage finance systems and processes for transaction support, cost tracking, accurate reporting, and lead/mentor COE team members

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 212,000

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive finance experience
•Strong financial modeling skills for scenario planning, partnership economics, and long-range forecasting
•Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities
•Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Blackline) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), with strong Excel skills
•Manufacturing or operational finance experience is strongly preferred
