Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the DLT P&L and balance sheet review, serving as day-to-day finance partner to DLT leadership aligned with the BU CFO
  • •Lead finance operating rhythm and FP&A activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
  • •Drive product gross margin analysis and support pricing and profitability decisions with BU CFO, Sales Operations, and Product Management
  • •Manage Inventory, OpEx, and CapEx spend and partner across the extended finance organization to ensure alignment
  • •Implement and manage finance systems and processes for transaction support, cost tracking, accurate reporting, and lead/mentor COE team members

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive finance experience
  • •Strong financial modeling skills for scenario planning, partnership economics, and long-range forecasting
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Blackline) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), with strong Excel skills
  • •Manufacturing or operational finance experience is strongly preferred
