  • •Lead and manage multiple agile teams developing and testing operating system content, implementing patching infrastructure changes, and building patching products and service offerings for internal consumers.
  • •Monitor system performance, successes, and challenges, and recognize team accomplishments.
  • •Own and manage automation infrastructure vendor compliance and oversee sourced server patching system operations to meet requirements and support recovery planning and process improvements.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for service providers regarding server automation issues; coordinate handoffs to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolutions.
  • •Communicate processes and procedures to executives, prospective consumers, and cross-functional teams; identify improvements to compute automation and the consumer experience.

Key Requirements
