Key Responsibilities

•Design and build scalable, secure, high-performance infrastructure for an AI-native platform.
•Own AWS region expansion, compliance hardening, and improvements to elasticity, disaster recovery, and high availability.
•Develop tooling, services, and automation (including runbook automation and AI-assisted developer workflows) to improve reliability and developer experience.
•Partner with AI and backend engineers to streamline deployment, CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization.
•Drive infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and operational excellence initiatives to reduce toil and improve incident response.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in Platform, DevOps, or Software Engineering roles.
•Strong software development skills (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
•Deep experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
•Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and modern CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions).
•Experience building observability and monitoring systems (e.g., Grafana stack).
