Job Summary

Plan short-term production (0–3 months) for the Taste business to support order fulfilment by balancing capacity, materials, and finished-goods inventory. Execute daily production schedules, monitor sales orders and MRP “traffic lights” in SAP, and ensure orders are confirmed and planned within 48 hours to meet OTIF. Release planned orders, track process orders, coordinate with Production/QC/logistics, and maintain inventory quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan short-term (0–3 months) production to balance finished-goods inventory and manning for customer requirements.
•Perform daily production schedules using required batch size, available capacity, quality sequencing, and raw materials.
•Monitor non-confirmed sales orders and MRP traffic-lights (SAP MD07 or APO Alerts) and keep adherence to planning parameters.
•Confirm and plan non-confirmed sales orders within 48 hours of receipt to meet OTIF, and release planned orders timeously while monitoring process orders.
•Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders (Production, QC, internal logistics) and participate in escalation, meetings, and operations projects; maintain inventory level under budget directives and support inventory quality/accuracy.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, mathematics or Economics.
•2–3 years of production scheduling/planning experience preferred, with production process knowledge.
•Computer skills in SAP ECC and SAP APO (or equivalent) and MS Office proficiency.
•APICS Basics plus CPIM or DDI (DDMRP); DDPP certification is a plus.
•Strong communication and influencing skills in English, with ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under stress.
