Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, and diagnose issues using data from many makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and follow OSHA requirements (preferred).
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with training lower level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service along with teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Have a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) and experience in field service, maintenance, and repair (preferred).
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks safely (move, stand, stoop, bend).
