Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive safety and compliance, ensuring SHE adherence and implementation of 5S, SOP, and SMP across work locations.
  • •Perform daily/scheduled/breakdown/corrective maintenance to achieve availability targets (MTTR/MTBF) and reduce unplanned downtime.
  • •Lead advanced troubleshooting for CAN-bus, hydraulic, and electrical systems on surface drill rigs and HEMM, including RCA/FMEA and failure analysis.
  • •Monitor fleet performance, machine health, and operational KPIs; optimize availability of critical components and manage preventive maintenance backlog and statutory compliance.
  • •Lead technical interactions with key customers, support contract execution under AMC/FMSC, and provide shift/daily/monthly technical reports while guiding technicians and channel partners.

Key Requirements

  • •BE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •6-10 years of experience servicing HEMM, surface drill machines, or related heavy equipment.
  • •Experience with reliability engineering and predictive maintenance tools.
  • •Strong technical competency in hydraulic, electrical, and CAN-bus systems.
  • •Excellent troubleshooting, analytical skills, and ability to support safety, documentation, and operational procedures.
