Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement global and regional Real Estate & Facilities strategies locally, overseeing facility operations and supporting property transactions across the Andina Region.
  • •Coordinate workplace operations and vendor management for Andina Region offices, ensuring quality standards, performance metrics, and cost efficiency.
  • •Partner with project teams and suppliers to oversee office space conception, planning, utilization, maintenance, renovation, and redevelopment.
  • •Monitor facility safety and security, respond to incidents, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • •Lead Argentina’s Environmental Management System (EMS) for ISO 14001 compliance, including internal/external audits and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Finance, Legal, Business, or related field.
  • •Proven facilities management and construction/real estate expertise with strong strategic planning capabilities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at executive levels.
  • •Experience with change management and financial control.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.
