Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary liaison with key business stakeholders and the IT/development team for analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects, and products.
  • •Identify opportunities for improvement in the SDLC/PDLC and make recommendations for improvements.
  • •Lead business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitate and document As Is/To Be and Gaps analysis.
  • •Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure technical requirements and design support business needs.
  • •Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create business readiness plans including communication, training, and production validation.

Key Requirements
