Job Summary

On the front line of Reckitt's health portfolio in a FTSE 100 environment, you will visit stores across Edinburgh and West Lothian to drive 3D execution, optimize promotions, and build strong relationships with customers. You will use CRM in-store to track performance, report on activity, and collaborate with Field Sales Management to achieve territory goals within a large UK OTC sales team.

Key Responsibilities

•Customer visits within the appropriate geography or channel, frequency of visit as determined by the Field Sales Manager.
•Optimize the distribution, merchandising and promotions of our products in accordance with the 3D objectives for the relevant sales campaign.
•Utilise our CRM software in store with high accuracy to drive our 3D’
•Respond to customer needs and queries.
•Co-ordinate and report on Reckitt Benckiser performance with respect to the customer agreement (in areas such as order delivery, invoicing/accounts receivables, displays and promotions)

Key Requirements

•Previous proven Territory Management experience in an FMCG/OTC environment is desirable; some sales experience in another channel or market is required, with focus on how you have achieved sales performance.
•Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
•Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles.
•Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and influencing customers and key stakeholders.
•Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities and analytical skills to develop strategies and measurable implementation.
