Job Summary

Work hands-on in a cleanroom to build, repair, and test multimillion-dollar display and wafer fabrication equipment. Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, audits, and basic maintenance of tools and machines while meeting 5S and safety requirements. Use test fixtures, measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to run evaluations and document results. Support Reliability and analysis for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs, including shift handovers and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, repair, and test display and wafer fabrication equipment (electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components).
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repairs, and conduct audits to ensure parts availability and inspection for defects.
•Use test fixtures and analysis/measurement tools to test assemblies, complete documentation, perform repairs, and install software to improve processes.
•Support Reliability and related analysis activities for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs; provide results for final reports.
•Plan daily/shift tasks for timely completion, ensure hand-over to the next shift, perform basic tool and workplace maintenance to meet 5S and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
•Understanding of Reliability Environmental Stress Test requirements, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT tests.
•Hands-on experience with common analysis techniques and instruments such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, and FIB.
•Knowledge of material characterization procedures (e.g., Bend, Abrasion & Adhesion tests) and materials physics to connect reliability to relevant tests.
•Ability to perform shift work and support overtime when required; self-directed and willing to take on new tasks.
