Metal-Package Process Support Engineer

Provide high-visibility, customer-facing technical support for Metal-Package semiconductor processes. Install, diagnose, service, and repair complex equipment, while developing and optimizing process recipes focused on PVD. Design and execute DOE-based experiments, analyze data with statistical methods, and deliver clear technical reports. Lead structured root-cause analysis for complex process and system issues, collaborating with customers and internal teams to enable advanced packaging technologies.
