Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive office vehicles to transport authorized personnel, including for field visits, and deliver and collect mail, documents, and other items.
  • •Meet official personnel and visitors at the airport and facilitate immigration and customs formalities, as required.
  • •Check vehicle documents and supplies (e.g., insurance, logs, office directory, first aid kit, spare parts) for assigned vehicle.
  • •Perform day-to-day vehicle maintenance, including timely minor repairs, oil changes, checking tyres and brakes, car washing, and arranging major repairs.
  • •Log official trips, daily mileage, and gas/electricity consumption; perform messenger duties and report incidents or accidents as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary, technical, or commercial school education and a valid driving license.
  • •Minimum one year of work experience as a driver with a safe driving record.
  • •Basic mechanics' certificate and first aid training (desirable).

  • •Intermediate knowledge of English and intermediate knowledge of Arabic.
