Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, client-focused service and complete complex and standardized client transactions accurately while maintaining proper records and handling of money.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online banking, and mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calling, checking client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring to appropriate branch specialists.
  • •Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to clients’ needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance, including participation in retail community bank leadership routines.
