Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • •Maintain candidate communication throughout the process, including status follow-ups and sending confirmations, follow-ups, and rejection emails.
  • •Conduct talent sourcing using Japanese job boards, career sites, professional networks, and LinkedIn activities.
  • •Maintain accurate candidate pipeline tracking and recruitment reports using Excel and internal tracking tools.
  • •Support recruitment administration, including invoice processing, vendor coordination, documentation, and Workday candidate creation/profile maintenance.

  • •Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
