Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect and Hi-Pot switchboard products on all lines per work instructions and applicable governmental requirements to confirm function and detect non-conformances.
  • •Perform electrical testing using Hi-Pot, continuity test, and component-specific testing devices; verify switches, circuit breakers, and torqued connections.
  • •Examine and verify mating structures needed for lineup completeness and field-installation readiness.
  • •Verify production revisions are incorporated correctly, documentation reflects current revisions, and outdated documents are discarded.
  • •Document and communicate non-conformances, ensure rework requirements are met, and include required component literature and job documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Minimum two years of manufacturing experience.
  • •No relocation benefit; candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the Sumter facility.
  • •Preferred: switchboard experience (bus assembly or wiring) and working knowledge of Lean; associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
