Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with stakeholders to develop an automation pipeline that reduces manual effort for day-to-day tasks.
  • •Sustain and improve existing bots in Python and Power Automate to ensure they run reliably on time.
  • •Move toward a spec-driven development model leveraging AI to accelerate development and expand automation capabilities.
  • •Develop a governance model to ensure executive awareness of the automation team’s output and organizational benefits.

  • •Proficiency in Python or Power Automate to build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows and bots with reliable scheduled execution.

  • •Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication to gather requirements, align on priorities, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience building governance/reporting frameworks including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership visibility.
  • •Familiarity with business workflow process mapping to identify inefficiencies and translate insights into scalable, user-friendly tools and solutions.
