Key Responsibilities

  • •Daily manage a team of data architects, data engineers, data analysts, plus vendors and interns.
  • •Structure, track, and prioritize a portfolio of 60 BI projects and related cross-functional processes (e.g., S&OP, skills management, data quality improvement).
  • •Design and deploy automated reporting solutions by harmonizing and ensuring reliable data flows.
  • •Supervise development and production release cycles and consolidate internal reporting best practices.
  • •Drive technical data governance with IT and support functions (reference data definitions/documentation and data quality tooling) and act as an interface with operational directions and Group Data Office.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in IT/Data/Statistics/Math.
  • •Significant experience managing data teams.
  • •Confirmed expertise in data architecture, data engineering, data analytics, and data science/AI, ideally in an industrial or defense/aerospace environment.
  • •Proficiency with automated reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data governance processes.
  • •Strong leadership and ability to influence in a complex, cross-functional environment, including change management.
