Timberland: Supervisor - Niagara Falls

Lead daily store operations and support the store’s leadership team by driving exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates, monitor performance against sales goals and KPIs, and model consumer-centric selling behaviors. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure inventory integrity, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering an inclusive store culture and community involvement.
