Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute regional economic development and business relations strategies supporting attraction, retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, load growth, and regulatory commitments.
  • •Lead and manage Economic Development and Business Relations teams by setting performance expectations, metrics, and management systems for customer service, continuous improvement, and compliance.
  • •Oversee identification, attraction, retention, and expansion of business opportunities through utility infrastructure planning, economic development programs, strategic incentives, and customer engagement.
  • •Direct business relations for major customer accounts, large-scale development projects, infrastructure initiatives, and complex customer requests.
  • •Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs to address customer and project needs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

  • •Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in business relations, customer management, engineering, project management, economic development, marketing, or sales.
