Job Summary

Design and plan test methodologies for cloud-based, enterprise-grade wireless networks. Develop test strategies with cross-functional teams, thoroughly test product features and solutions, and drive defects to closure by partnering with developers on debugging and root cause analysis. Collaborate with the automation team to build feature automation scripts and recommend software improvements to enhance user experience. Validate networking and Wi‑Fi technologies, including RF packet capture analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and design test methodologies for cloud-based enterprise-grade wireless networks.
•Develop test strategy with functional groups to execute tests and perform thorough testing of wireless product features and solutions.
•Find timely defects and work with developers to debug, determine root cause, and bring defects to closure.
•Recommend software improvements to enhance user experience.
•Work with the automation team to develop test scripts for feature automation.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS/MS in EE, CS or related fields.
•3 to 12 years of experience in the networking domain (VLANs, switches, TCP/IP, DHCP).
•3 to 12 years of experience with Wi‑Fi 802.11 and enterprise Wi‑Fi solutions.
•Experience with NMS and/or cloud-managed enterprise networks, including Wi‑Fi 11ax and 6e (preferred).
•Hands-on RF experience with tools/sniffers and analyzing packet captures; familiarity with REST APIs (HTTP/JSON), plus Jenkins/Git/Jira and testbed setup.
