Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the vision and roadmap for Payment Hub capabilities, owning product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • •Manage, prioritize, and track implementation of features within the program backlog aligned to product strategy and enterprise goals.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts to document current/future payment processes, define requirements and acceptance criteria, and identify dependencies and risks.
  • •Partner with scrum teams to clarify requirements, remove roadblocks, and align on feature and product strategy; oversee user acceptance testing and set delivery quality standards.
  • •Lead change management and product release planning; coordinate with Operations, Technology, Accounting, Compliance, and Risk and provide program status updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma/GED and 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • •7+ years of payment systems, treasury, or product management related experience.
  • •Strong Agile experience, preferably in product management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives in a matrixed, fast-changing environment.
  • •Ability to develop cohesive product features by synthesizing complex requirements.
