Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead NetSuite-side design and delivery for new 3PL and carrier onboarding to meet go-live commitments without disrupting fulfillment SLAs.
  • •Drive supply chain data maturity by improving NetSuite and supply chain system master data quality for trusted reporting.
  • •Own integration of a supply chain visibility platform to provide stakeholders real-time shipment and inventory visibility.
  • •Design and implement integration for a new global reverse logistics partner to enable scalable international returns processing.
  • •Serve as NetSuite subject matter expert for supply chain and logistics stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable system designs.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of supply chain, logistics, or operations experience, including 3+ years designing and configuring NetSuite ERP (consulting or in-house).
  • •Proven experience building and supporting EDI integrations between NetSuite and external logistics, 3PL, or carrier partners.
  • •Experience designing custom NetSuite solutions, including OneWorld/multi-subsidiary environments, that scale with the business.
  • •Working knowledge of TMS systems and demand/supply planning technology as they relate to NetSuite workflows.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical designs for non-technical stakeholders.
