Job Summary

Maintain and repair injection molding and blow molding equipment to ensure reliable, safe production. Perform preventative maintenance, mold changes, and work order tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues including PLC and up-to-480V systems. Support SAP/FMS work order improvements, assist with equipment changeovers and training, manage safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout), and maintain spare parts inventory and clean, compliant work areas (HACCP/GMP).

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for maintenance, repairs, and reliability of injection and blow molding equipment and ancillary systems.
•Perform repairs/improvements on lines, including mold changes, preventative maintenance, and assigned work orders.
•Communicate with production leadership and maintenance management on equipment conditions and recommend improvements.
•Assist in work order generation/completion and support SAP/FMS maintenance work order improvements.
•Review and follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout and general safety) and support creation of production work instructions as needed.

Salary: USD 34 - 40 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, or an associates degree/technical school equivalent, or equivalent combination with experience.
•3+ years of prior maintenance/mechanical experience (or a certificate in maintenance).
•Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including the ability to set up and troubleshoot blow molding and downstream equipment.
•Forklift certified and elevated lift certified; arc flash training completed.
•Experience with PLC and high voltage troubleshooting (up to 480), pneumatic system troubleshooting, and facilities equipment start/stop (water/air/chiller).
