Job Summary

Work with engineers to deploy Devin into real production environments for customers across EMEA. You’ll lead demos and pilots, support integrations, and drive activation and adoption by identifying high-impact use cases and building relationships with customer engineering teams. This hands-on role blends technical troubleshooting and execution with customer partnership, requiring proactive judgment, rapid iteration, and a strong understanding of how engineers work.

Key Responsibilities

•Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation to ensure customers succeed using Devin.
•Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify high-impact use cases for Devin.
•Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to support integration and drive product utilization.
•Lead demos and pilots, listen to feedback, and implement requested features when needed.
•Serve as a product/customer oracle by using product instincts to help set the roadmap.

Travel: Medium travel

•Fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
•Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
•Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in prior endeavors.
•Self-directed approach with ability to prioritize without a manager.
•Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, high-intensity environments.
