Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle from deployment through activation to ensure customers succeed using Devin.
  • •Partner with customers to understand technical challenges and identify high-impact use cases for Devin.
  • •Build relationships with customers’ engineering teams to support integration and drive product utilization.
  • •Lead demos and pilots, listen to feedback, and implement requested features when needed.
  • •Serve as a product/customer oracle by using product instincts to help set the roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency/native proficiency in Spanish.
  • •Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
  • •Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in prior endeavors.
