Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a first point of contact for employees and people leaders, providing coaching and support for HR processes in the country.
  • •Execute core P&C processes including employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.
  • •Support talent management, including coaching leaders, workforce planning, and conducting talent reviews.
  • •Manage employee relations and performance processes, including coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures and facilitating PIPs and follow-up actions.
  • •Monitor local labor legislation changes, ensure compliance, and support audits/inspections and restructuring/RIF/M&A documentation coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or CIPD with experience in Human Resources (HR generalist or HRBP).
  • •Strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • •Experience handling employee relations topics such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities with integrity and confidentiality.
