Key Responsibilities

  • •Support holistic restructuring engagements by defining clients’ strategic targets and building the basis for sustainable success across strategic, operational, and financial dimensions.
  • •Drive rigorous implementation through Project Management Office (PMO) methods, including measure definition, gating, and tracking impact through to cash level.
  • •Perform integrated business planning and short-term liquidity management, including 13-week cash-flow forecasting and liquidity transparency in distressed situations.
  • •Lead operational performance improvement workstreams such as identifying, quantifying, and implementing EBITDA levers across functions (cost takeout, working capital optimization, footprint consolidation).
  • •Manage diverse stakeholders—including management, shareholders, lenders, and local authorities—while conducting scenario/sensitivity analysis and progressing bank/stakeholder rounds.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent degree from a leading university or international business school, ideally complemented by an MBA.
  • •Strong business and finance fundamentals with a high affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills.
  • •First relevant professional experience in restructuring, turnaround, or performance-improvement projects, ideally with exposure to the Greater China market.
  • •Solid command of integrated business planning (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and short-term liquidity management, including 13-week cash-flow forecasting.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing operational performance improvements and confidence constructing EBITDA and liquidity bridges with scenario and sensitivity analyses.
