Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the production environment by helping perform tasks necessary to deliver high-quality products safely and efficiently.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and teams and monitor/report quality results of manufactured products.
  • •Set up new jobs and operate various machines using critical thinking and troubleshooting.
  • •Complete roll- and packaging-related tasks such as operating mobile equipment (fork truck), assisting with paper breaks, creating parent roll, threading rewinder, slitting/separating/packaging rolls, and retrieving roll/tape/packaging supplies.
  • •Assist during machine maintenance outages while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
