Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and ensure quality program performance against planned schedule, scope, and results.
  • •Manage program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies, and procedures.
  • •Work with program teams to identify risks and evaluate solutions.
  • •Serve as Local Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned quality programs and represent Fab10 in collaboration with quality networks.
  • •Manage audit and customer visit preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Proficiency with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, RPA, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • •Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards; AIAG Quality Tools is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels with strong communication skills.
