Key Responsibilities

•Lead customization, integration, and ongoing support of Finacle-based solutions across multiple business units.
•Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans for new features and enhancements.
•Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA, and operations to capture requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
•Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to development standards; participate in code and design reviews.
•Troubleshoot production issues, support data governance/security controls, and maintain documentation for configurations and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience with Finacle in architecture, customization, or integration roles in a banking context.
•Strong hands-on Finacle Core Banking experience, including Finacle scripting and knowledge of card processing domains.
•Proficiency in Finacle customization and integration points (APIs, Finacle Integrator, related interfaces).
•Experience building core banking integrations using REST APIs and integration architecture.
•Knowledge of SQL and data modeling for banking data, including validation and ETL considerations, plus Agile/Scrum collaboration.
