Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
  • •Provide bespoke support and architect solutions with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers.
  • •Create compelling technical demonstrations to communicate product value.
  • •Develop technical enablement resources to improve the sales team’s technical fluency.
  • •Build self-service tools and documentation, and help productize common integration patterns with product teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems.

  • •Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
