Job Summary

Own Monstercat’s unbranded culture page content engine end-to-end by creating and editing high-volume short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Monitor trends, identify and launch new culture pages from zero, and use performance data to iterate on content direction. Partner with the digital marketing team to support release windows with quick-turnaround, on-format clips and feed performance insights back to marketing for campaign decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) at high volume across multiple culture page accounts.
•Edit clips, trailers, and highlight packages using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools.
•Source and repurpose catalog audio/video assets to fit trending formats quickly and maintain consistent posting cadence.
•Monitor TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube for trends and pitch/launch new unbranded culture pages, then iterate based on retention, reach, and growth data.
•Support digital marketing requests and release windows with quick-turn, on-format content; coordinate with the Creator Network and share performance insights back to marketing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

•2+ years creating short-form video content professionally or with a demonstrable track record of growth.
•Proficiency with at least one editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
•Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram, including how algorithms drive retention and what formats trend.
•Ability to produce polished, publish-ready content independently with minimal direction.
