Job Summary

Own validation and characterization for TI devices by investigating failure use-cases and their root causes, then ensuring parts meet TRM and datasheet specifications (including compliance limits). Hands-on testing and debugging with Palladium in post-silicon labs, designing and implementing measurement methods for device performance, and troubleshooting related systems and equipment. Work with embedded platforms and tools such as Arm Cortex-M0P, communication peripherals, and relevant IDE/build knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify device use-cases where parts stop working as intended and understand impact and causes of failures.
•Ensure parts consistently perform to TRM and datasheet specifications and defined compliance limits.
•Design, develop, and implement measurement methods for device performance.
•Execute tests and debug device and related systems/equipment (often in a post-silicon lab).
•Troubleshoot issues that arise with devices, systems, and equipment during validation/characterization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
•2–5 years of experience.
•Hands-on knowledge of HDL and ability to execute tests and debug using Palladium.
•Knowledge of device boot and embedded platforms including Arm-Cortex-M0P.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
