Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation and setup of new benefits programs across multiple countries, covering health and life insurance, devices, co-working spaces, vouchers, and related offerings.
  • •Research and benchmark local market practices to design compliant, competitive, and cost-efficient benefits packages.
  • •Partner with HR Operations, Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to operationalise benefits programs and ensure smooth rollouts.
  • •Develop and maintain standardised processes, documentation, and governance frameworks to support scalable and efficient global benefits management.
  • •Be responsible for end-to-end vendor/partner management, including onboarding, negotiation, contracting, invoicing, payments, and vendor reviews.

Key Requirements
