•Provide technical direction for field activities and supervise a multidisciplinary consultant team delivering roadway and bridge CEI projects.
•Mentor staff and develop team capabilities while maintaining client relationships and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule requirements.
•Lead project delivery efforts with proactive client engagement and disciplined management of safety, cost, and quality.
•Contribute to management decision‑making, business development efforts, and strategic growth of AECOM’s CM/CEI practice in Illinois.
•Support growth opportunities and shape the continued expansion of transportation construction services in the region.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 158,000 annually

•BA/BS + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid Driver License required

•Professional Engineer License
